Downloadable resource orders
All orders for digital templates and resources are subject to manual review before delivery links are sent. Once delivery has been completed and download links have been provided, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law.
Eligible refund requests
We may consider a refund or replacement in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Failure to deliver the purchased product within the stated timeframe
- Technical issues preventing download that our support team cannot resolve
- Accidental duplicate purchases reported promptly
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- Download links have been successfully delivered and accessed
- The product meets its described specifications
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after delivery
How to request a review
To request a refund review, contact our support team within 7 days of your order confirmation. Include your order ID, email address, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond with a decision or next steps.
Support availability
We are committed to resolving order issues fairly. Even when a refund is not applicable, our human support team is available to help with delivery problems, download questions, and basic usage guidance related to your purchased templates.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
